Stephen & Cass Mitchell
Lead Pastor
After serving as the Youth & Associate Pastor at TBC for over 7 years, Pastor Stephen Mitchell now serves as the Lead Pastor. His vision is to see Trinity build on its rich legacy and continue to be an outreaching beacon of God’s love and truth in our community as well as raise up followers of Christ who will change our community and world.

Pastor Steve believes his life calling as a Pastor is to show God’s Love and proclaim the truth of God’s Word, in love, to His church and to the world. He graduated from Valley Forge Christian College with a degree in Pastoral ministry. He lives in Severna Park with his wife Cass, who is a licensed counselor, and their two children: Isaac and Valerie.
Zach Joines
Worship Leader
Zach Joines serves as the Music Director and Worship Leader at Trinity Bible Church. He has a deep love for music and his passion is to see music used as a tool, primarily, to bring glory to God and, secondarily, to encourage others to surrender to the Holy Spirit. His vision for the worship ministry is to grow and strengthen Trinity Bible's worshippers according to John 4:24.
In addition to musical experience, ZJ has an extensive background in audio engineering and studio recording. He graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with a degree in Music Technology. Zach currently lives in Glen Burnie, MD, with his wife Lizl.
Holly Gue
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Holly Gue was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD. She joined the Trinity Bible Church family in 2014. She was baptized shortly after and began volunteering in the Children’s ministry. She is excited to serve and help children build that strong foundation through our Faith Friends program. Our mission is to know, grow and show God’s love to our children.

She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Rich Gue, and together they have two beautiful daughters: Gabriella and Juliette. She has a residential real estate practice and loves helping people within her community with their real estate goals. In her spare time she loves coffee, traveling, reading, shopping and spending time with her family.

Creative Team Leader
Rich is a Christian, a husband, and a father of two young girls. He is an owner of a few local small businesses and an innovator, always searching for a new project. With engineering as a hobby, he is known to think “outside the box” and find better, more efficient, strategies in business and in life. Rich is also an artist; he has owned and operated a sole proprietorship in providing graphic design and photography for businesses and individuals. He majored in Media Arts and Animation at The Art Institute of Washington and uses his expertise for God's glory.
